Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers to the dealership and deliver an exceptional buying experience.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
*
Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
*
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
*
Promote finance, insurance products, and additional vehicle accessories.
*
Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
*
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
*
Stay up to date with product knowledge, manufacturer campaigns, and market trends.

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in automotive sales or a target-driven sales environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
A proactive and results-driven approach.
*
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
*
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*
Good IT and administrative skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
