Representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving vehicle sales, finance and ancillary product targets. Key Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
* Demonstrating vehicles and conducting test drives
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions
* Presenting finance, insurance and additional products
* Maintaining accurate records using the dealership CRM system
* Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity
* Achieving vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets
* Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the brand range
About You
* Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
* Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
* A professional and consultative sales approach
* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Well-presented and highly motivated
* Full UK driving licence

* Realistic OTE of £55,000 – £65,000
