Sell used vehicles, accessories, finance, and warranty products to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships
Advise customers on vehicle features, warranty options, and service arrangements
Keep customers informed regarding delivery progress and address any delays or queries
Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion as a Car Sales Executive
Introduce customers to the Service Department team and support post-sales processes
Proactively seek sales opportunities and work independently within a team environment
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progressRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience in new or used car sales, preferably within a franchise dealership
Strong desire to produce results and excel in a target-driven environment
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with confidence and energy
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
