Key benefits:
Basic salary circa £20,000 plus uncapped commission, with OTE up to £70,000
Flexible working pattern: Monday to Friday (with a day off in the week), Saturdays, and alternative Sundays

Greeting customers and building rapport to establish trust
Identifying customer needs and preferences to match with suitable vehicles
Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features effectively
Negotiating sales deals to achieve targets
Closing sales efficiently and professionally
Providing after-sales service and continual customer follow-up
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales objectivesRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Valid UK driving licence
Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and confident demeanour
Genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
