We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swansea for the position of New/Used Car Sales Executive.
This Car Sales Executive role offers a compelling opportunity for experienced sales professionals within the automotive sector to join a successful dealership team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Benefits:
Negotiable basic salary, aligned with experience
Uncapped earning potential, with commissions available up to £60,000+ per annum

22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional day in lieu for holiday work
Full-time, permanent contract
Working hours Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off in the week and every other weekend off

Workplace pension schemeDuties as the Car Sales Executive:
Promote and sell new and used cars to meet and exceed sales targets
Advise customers on finance options, accessories, warranties, and related products
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery updates
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Collect payments from customers prior to car handover
Demonstrate vehicle features and explain warranty and service arrangements
Introduce customers to the Service Department and foster ongoing relationships
Keep up to date with current vehicle specifications and dealership promotionsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment
Strong track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
