Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to identify their vehicle needs and preferences
Demonstrate and showcase vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits
Conduct test drives and provide detailed information to facilitate purchase decisions
Negotiate sales and work towards achieving monthly targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to contribute to dealership successRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Previous experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Approachable, enthusiastic, and confident demeanour
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Valid UK driving licence
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills preferred
