Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
Manage customer relationships from initial contact through to vehicle handover
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Promote finance, insurance, and warranty products effectively
Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of current market trends and vehicle stock levelsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional attitude with a proactive work ethic
A genuine passion for the motor industry and customer service
Possession of a full UK driving licence
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
