The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. This role offers excellent earning potential, a strong customer base, and the opportunity to represent a well-established automotive brand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries.

* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.

* Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

* Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Promote finance, insurance, and additional products in line with company standards.

* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems.

* Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

* Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.

* Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

* Previous automotive sales experience.

* Experience selling finance and value-added products.

* Knowledge of CRM and dealership management systems.
