About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, resolving enquiries efficiently, and ensuring every customer receives a positive experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

* Resolve customer issues at the first point of contact wherever possible.

* Accurately update customer records using internal systems.

* Process customer requests and follow company procedures.

* Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when required.

* Meet individual and team performance targets.

* Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

* Good IT skills and confidence using multiple computer systems.

* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable Skills

* Experience using CRM or customer management systems.

* Sales, retention or complaint handling experience.

* Experience working to KPIs or service level agreements.
