Supply Team Education are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Business Studies on behalf of our client, a busy Secondary School in Cardiff. If you are a qualified specialist and hold either QTS or a post-compulsory qualification, then we would love to hear from you. We would also encourage applications from any qualified teacher whose specialist subject is ICT.

Starting as soon as possible, this is an on-going part-time position, teaching ICT at KS3, and Business Studies at KS4 and KS5 within a vibrant 11-18 English medium Secondary school. They are dedicated to developing an environment which promotes happy and successful students. The person specification for this role recommends an enthusiastic and passionate subject Teacher, with the ability to develop, encourage and inspire learning at their core.

The Teacher of Business Studies role requirements include:

* A first-class subject knowledge across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5;

* Excellent communication and classroom management strategies;

* A passion for raising student expectations and achievement;

* The ability to build strong working relationships with staff and pupils;

* Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection;

* Attendance of curricular and extra-curricular events in line with school policy;
