The Role
As a Graduate Business Software Consultant, you'll focus on inbound and outbound sales prospecting, qualifying leads, with key decision-makers in HR, finance, and operations. and booking product demonstrations for Business Development Managers. This is not a closing role - it's about generating high-quality opportunities in a target-driven, consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activity
Book high-quality demos for Business Development Managers
Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
Manage and maintain a live sales pipeline
Engage professionally with senior decision-makers
Use a consultative, solution-led sales approach
Self-generate opportunities via referrals and social selling
What We're Looking For
1+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation (SaaS experience is a plus)
Confident communicator with strong business acumen
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Organised, resilient, and ambitious
