About the Role
We are an established and growing Insolvency Practice looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Support Executive to work closely with our Partnership Manager.
This is a key support role focused on building relationships and generating appointments with professional referrers such as accountants, solicitors, and financial professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making outbound calls to professional contacts (B2B)
* Booking appointments (in-person and Teams meetings) for the Partnership Manager
* Following up leads via email and telephone
* Building rapport with professional introducers
* Maintaining accurate records of conversations and outcomes
* Supporting ongoing business development activity
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a phone-based B2B role (sales, account management, or similar)
* Confident, professional telephone manner
* Resilient and comfortable with outbound calling
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently from home
* Experience within professional services (accountancy, legal, financial services) would be a strong advantage
