Business Development Manager (IT Sales) – Leicester - £25k - £40k per annum + uncapped commission (OTE-£60k+)
Our client is well established commercial IT company based in Leicester; due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join their existing team.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Generating new business to continue growth and build your own account base.
* Prospect and qualify new opportunities via outbound outreach, referrals and networking
* Produce accurate quotes/proposals
* Maintain clean CRM pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking
* Build long-term relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
