We’re looking for a motivated Branch & Sales Manager to lead my clients team and take full ownership of branch performance, customer relationships, and sales success.
The Role
You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, leading teams across parts, service, sales, and administration. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, hitting sales targets, and driving overall profitability.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Knowledge of agricultural or horticultural equipment (preferred)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Target-driven, self-motivated approach
Confident leadership and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and IT skills
