Are you an experienced Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, or Bodyshop Administrator looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and well-established Accident Repair Centre in the Blackpool area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team where customer service is at the heart of everything they do.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.
The Role
Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
Coordinating vehicle bookings and repair schedules
Maintaining courtesy car and recovery driver diaries
Providing customers with regular updates throughout the repair process
Handling administrative duties relating to Bodyshop operations
Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the repair journey
What We're Looking For
Experience within an Accident Repair Centre would be highly advantageous
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience using Autoflow would be beneficial, but is not essential
What's on Offer?
Salary up to £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
