With a reputation for delivering multi-million pound projects , a skilled team of technical and project specialists, and long-standing relationships with control system partners, this company offers a strong platform for ambitious sales professionals to grow and make an impact.

As a BMS Sales Manager, you will target new and existing customers across the North East, focusing on major projects and upgrade opportunities with end users, public sector clients, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You’ll provide technical sales support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations on integrated systems, ensuring all secured work meets margin expectations and contributes to regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users

* Promote BMS solutions and technical propositions

* Prepare quotations and proposals for projects up to £1.5M

* Provide timely sales updates, forecasts, and reports

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Requirements:

* Minimum three years’ BMS sales experience

* Strong understanding of the regional market and established relationships

* Commercial awareness, excellent communication, and self-motivation
