We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for a new Bistro opening in May. This is a daytime-only position, offering an excellent work-life balance without late nights.

Responsibilities of Chef de partie
Run and manage your section efficiently during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Assist with stock control and ordering
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
