B2B Marketing Manager - Experis
Location: London (Hybrid - One day a week in the office!)

Experis, part of ManpowerGroup, is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns, elevate our brand presence and support growth across our technology resourcing and services business.
About the role
As a key member of our B2B Marketing team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business - from divisional MDs to sales, operations, brand, PR and internal comms teams. You'll lead strategic, insight‑driven marketing initiatives that strengthen our relationships, generate high‑quality leads and enhance Experis' position as a global leader in technology resourcing and services.
Your key objectives
Deliver integrated, data-led marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and deepen client relationships.
Strengthen our digital and analytical capabilities to demonstrate clear marketing ROI.
Build internal and external brand advocacy through channels such as Yammer and Elevate.
Increase our market visibility and ensure Experis maintains a leading voice in the UK tech talent and services sector. What you'll be doing
Build deep understanding of the tech recruitment and services landscape, including client needs, market challenges and competitors.
Improve MQL → SQL conversion in collaboration with the B2B CRM Manager and sales teams.
Track MQLs through to customer and revenue outcomes.
Develop, segment and manage integrated strategic marketing plans.
Create and execute tactical campaigns that drive inbound activity, acquisition, retention, and client development.
Measure performance and optimise ROI across all marketing activity.
Work with the Marketing Executive to provide the sales team with insight‑led, on‑brand collateral aligned to buyer journeys.
Write and promote thought leadership content and market commentary.
Support digital channels and website development to strengthen our online presence.
Partner with agencies and SMEs to deliver effective online and offline campaigns.
Lead the Experis B2B events programme.
Collaborate with PR to increase visibility across target markets.
Support sales and marketing automation initiatives.
Leverage global campaigns to support UK strategy.
Manage design, production and distribution of marketing collateral and merchandise.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Manage allocated marketing budgets responsibly and effectively.About you

Essential skills & experience
Proven experience designing and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (desirable).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.
Demonstrated project and campaign management success.
Experience with online marketing campaigns.
B2B marketing experience is essential; some B2C exposure is a plus.
Experience in tech, services, or recruitment sectors is beneficial.
