We’re looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful sales team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone confident across the full sales process.
The role will include:

Carrying out market appraisals and valuations

Listing and launching properties onto the market

Negotiating offers and agreeing sales

Managing sales progression through to completion
*
Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day office duties
*
Helping drive performance, instructions, and agreed sales
The ideal candidate:

Experienced in residential estate agency sales
*
Confident conducting valuations and negotiations
*
Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
*
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
