We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
OTE of approximately £60,000 per year
Monday to Friday working week, 9am to 6pm
One fixed day off during the week and one weekend day off

Proven management experience within the motor trade, such as senior sales, assistant sales manager, or sales controller
Full, clean UK driving licence
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
