JHR Recruitment is working with a privately owned international main contractor delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across the Caribbean, typically ranging from $15m to $55m USD.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers with a strong RC frame and civil engineering background to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for Site Agents or Section Engineers looking to step into Project Management, as well as experienced Project Managers seeking an international move.
Key Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from groundworks through to completion
*
Oversee RC frame, structural and civil engineering works
*
Coordinate directly employed site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
*
Ensure delivery against programme, budget and quality targets
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
*
Report into senior management and contribute to project planning
Candidate Requirements
*
Background working with recognised UK main contractors
*
Strong experience in RC frame / reinforced concrete construction
*
Currently working as a:
*
Site Agent / Section Engineer (looking to progress), or
*
Project Manager (running your own projects)
*
Minimum 5 years’ construction experience
*
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Construction Management
*
Experience delivering projects from groundworks through to internal finishes (PM level)
*
Must be able to fully relocate to the Caribbean with no restrictions
Salary & Benefits

Assistant Project Manager: $80,000 – $100,000 USD
*
Project Manager: $110,000 – $130,000 USD
