Job Responsibilities
Support cultural changes to improve service standards in Stoke-on-Trent.
Motivate and inspire staff to deliver change and enhance service delivery.

Person Specifications
Must Have:
AAT qualification or equivalent with current membership and CPD participation.
Basic understanding of local government finance, accounting, and budgetary control.
