Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded school in the Taunton Area to recruit a Full Time Art Teacher, with a potential permanent position for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about creativity and visual arts.
The Role
Deliver engaging and inspiring Art lessons across the curriculum
Teach a broad range of artistic techniques and media
Opportunity to deliver Photography at KS3/KS4 (depending on experience)
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Maintain high standards of behaviour, creativity, and pupil engagement
Contribute to the wider creative life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Art Teacher (QTS/QTLS) or ECT
Passionate about Art and creative education
Photography experience or specialism is advantageous
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
