* Vapour‑permeable wall membranes
* Vapour Control Layers (VCLs)
* Air barriers
* Associated façade and building envelope accessories
We are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Professional with a strong track record in the building envelope sector. This role focuses on promoting a market‑leading product portfolio to:
* Architects
* Specification Consultants
* Façade & Envelope Contractors
* Main Contractors
You will focus primarily on mid‑ to high‑rise developments, driving project specifications, building long‑term partnerships, and increasing market penetration across the region.
Ideal Background
* Strong specification sales experience within the building envelope sector
* Existing relationships with architects, façade consultants, and specifiers
* Understanding of high‑rise construction and relevant building regulations
* Commercially astute, technically credible, and motivated by winning projects
