Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone
Industry Sector: Stone, Tile, Kitchen and Bathroom Showrooms, Ceramic Floor & Wall Tiles, KBB, Kitchen & Bathroom Retailers, Kitchen Studio’s, Independent Retailers, Tile Distributors
Area to be covered: Scotland
Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + 20-30% commission + 10% quarterly profit share Bonus
Benefits: Fully Expensed EV & Benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone will involve:
* Field sales role selling a manufactured range of tile and stone
* Majority of time selling into kitchen and bathroom retail showrooms
* Opportunity to grow projects in the future with architects and contractors
* Mix of account management and new business development
* Typically 4 days a week on the road visiting customers, one day working from home/ administration
* Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen & bathroom retailers as required
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Tiles and Stone with:
* Ideally sold aesthetically pleasing interior products
* Specific knowledge of tiles/ stone not essential, but may be advantageous
* 2 years+ field sales experience
* Sold into kitchen & bathroom retail showrooms
* Hardworking/ honest
* Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability
* Prepared to do high mileage
