Area to be covered: National (western side - will focus between Glasgow to Birmingham) – ideally based Manchester or surrounding areas
Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000 + circa £17,500 bonus paid quarterly

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing will involve:
* Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of heat pumps purely to new build / social housing market sector
* All of your time will be spent selling to housebuilders, developers, councils, local authorities and social housing
* Currently got relationship with Bellway, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon etc therefore your responsibility will be to target regional / SME projects however will be able to target nationals
* Predominately a new business position however will be given some accounts to manage
* Turnover target tbc
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Heat Pumps to New Build & Social Housing with:
* Must have field sales experience in the new build and social housing sector
* Open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
* Dynamic with a strong work ethic
* Likeable, tenacious and results orientated
