Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + uncapped commission 1.5% of sales / 2.5% of hire
Benefits: £6,800 car allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Formwork & Falsework will involve:
* Technical field sales position selling the hire and sale of formwork platform systems
* All of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers, sub-contractors, main contractors, civil contractors such as: concrete frame construction companies and other large civil companies (looking to hire formwork for large infrastructure projects)
* Once aup and running you will have a turnover target circa £1.5m
* Typical order value from between £20k to up £1m depending on size & scope
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent generating new business
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager – Formwork & Falsework experience with:
* Must have sold to groundworkers, sub-contractors, main contractors, civil contractors such as: concrete frame construction companies and other large civil companies (looking to hire formwork for large infrastructure projects)
* Must have sold to sub-contractors and main contractors
* Ideally formwork, falsework & scaffolding or a technical related product such as; excavation support, groundwork equipment, non-mechanical plant, shoring, piling, trenching, propping ground support, civil engineering, trench sheeting
* Must have the ability to pick up technical products
* Comfortable liaising on construction sites
* Must have the desire / hunger to thrive in a sales role with bags of enthusiasm
* Reliable, trustworthy and organised
* Money hungry, motivated and ambitious
