We’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across a defined territory. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering profitable sales in line with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow sales within the assigned area through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular engagement and support.
* Develop and implement local sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and completion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
* Prepare forecasts and monitor performance against sales objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or engineering-related field (preferred).
* Proven track record in business development or technical sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.
* Full, clean driving licence
