Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer required to join a leading engineering manufacturer.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will work remotely, covering the South of the UK, and be responsible for managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities across industrial and process markets, promoting a full range of instrumentation and flow control products such as pressure, level, flow, and temperature instruments, including gauges, switches, sensors, and valves.

The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer will ideally have experience selling or managing key accounts for instrumentation, sensors, pressure, temperature, flow, level, or analytical measurement products into industrial and process environments.

£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience

Manage key accounts across OEM, distribution, and end-user customers within industrial and process markets.
Promote a wide range of instrumentation and flow control products, such as pressure, level, flow and temperature instruments, including gauges, switches, sensors and valves.
Develop new business and grow existing relationships across sectors such as chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, mining and water.
Drive sales growth through product demonstrations, exhibitions, negotiations, and by following up on marketing-generated leads and new business opportunities.
Liaise with engineering departments to provide technical support and guidance.
Work remotely, covering the South of the UK.Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer Requirements

Experience as a Key Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, or Technical Sales Engineer within an engineering, instrumentation, or flow control environment.
Experienced in selling and supporting instrumentation products such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, or analytical measurement instruments, or related products/applications.
Proven experience managing your own territory, conducting face-to-face customer visits, and developing long-term relationships.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of winning and closing business.
Full UK driving license.
Willingness to travel throughout the South of the UK
