Due to rapid growth, Auxo Advanced Engineering are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager based across the West Midlands on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the scaffolding industry, including knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems, materials, safety regulations and current market trends.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission up to £150k
About the role and you:
Sales Skills: The ability to identify potential customers and initiate contact to promote and sell scaffolding products and services.
Sales Proposal Preparation: Preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotes to customers.
Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
Technical Support: Providing technical advice and support to customers regarding scaffolding products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Networking: Attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's products.
Sales Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Product Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of scaffolding products and services.Benefits
