Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + Company Car + Bonus
Benefits: 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown), yearly bonus and company pension.

The Role: Area Sales Manager

This role blends External Sales with Strategic Account Management supporting growth across the Midlands and Northern England.

Strategic Account Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers across the region.

* Maintain and develop long-term relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, OEMs, and distributors.

* Support customers with technical guidance on product applications.

* Monitor order pipelines, liaise with internal teams, and ensure on-time supply and service excellence.

* Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-focused professional who:

* Has experience in metals, engineered materials, architectural products, or relevant industrial sectors.

* Combines technical curiosity with strong customer engagement skills.

* Is organised, self-motivated, and effective at balancing account management with new opportunity development.

* Communicates confidently with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
