About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Communicator to support the expansion and integration of our business in the UK market. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and brand representation within the architecture and design sector.

You will act as a key point of contact for architects, designers, and partners, helping to grow project pipelines, secure new business, and support invoicing targets. This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, confident, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Market Representation

Represent the company's brand, values, and working methodology in the UK market

Promote the business through meetings, presentations, events, and industry engagement

Ensure consistent and professional use of brand communication tools

Business Development

Identify and approach new architects, designers, developers, and partners

Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in line with monthly and annual targets

Secure regular meetings to generate new projects

Sales & Commercial Support

Progress live projects through the sales pipeline to support monthly invoicing targets

Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM systems

Client Relations & Events

Organise and host showroom visits, client meetings, and networking events

Maintain a high-quality showroom environment

Respond to client enquiries and manage claims professionally

Project Coordination

Support projects from initial lead through to delivery using internal processes

Work closely with internal teams including technical, design, logistics, and commercial

Attend weekly meetings and participate in training sessions

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Achievement of invoicing targets

Acquisition of new clients and projects

Growth of the UK client and partner network

Positive feedback from clients and collaborators

Skills & Experience Required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, organised, and commercially focused

Experience in business development or client-facing roles
(architecture, design, lighting, or related industries preferred)

Comfortable using CRM and project tracking systems

Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team
