Airport Warehouse Operatives – East Midlands Airport

Complete Workforce Solutions is building a talent pool of reliable warehouse operatives for upcoming opportunities based at East Midlands Airport.

These positions will support busy e-commerce, parcel and airport logistics operations. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, attendance and productivity are essential.

Typical duties may include:

* Receiving, sorting and scanning parcels

* Separating goods by destination or customer

* Loading and unloading warehouse consignments

* Moving goods safely around the warehouse

* Preparing parcels and freight for onward distribution

* Following site operating procedures

* Working towards agreed productivity targets

* Reporting damaged or incorrectly labelled goods

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Indicative shifts:

* Morning shift: 6:00am–3:00pm

* Late shift: 3:00pm–12:00am

* Weekend availability may be required

Applicants should have:

* Previous warehouse, parcel, distribution or logistics experience

* A reliable employment and attendance history

* The ability to work accurately at pace

* Good communication skills

* Reliable transport to East Midlands Airport

* The right to work in the UK

* The ability to complete any required background or security checks

Previous airport experience is helpful but is not essential.
