The Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of aftersales support, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales of clothing and accessories.

Working hours from October to January: 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Working hours from February to October: 8:30am–6:00pm, Monday to FridayDuties as a Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist:
Deliver exceptional customer service, representing the dealership’s brand professionally
Promote and sell motorcycle clothing, accessories, and merchandise
Maintain stock levels and ensure parts are stored correctly, supporting workshop efficiency
Pre-pick parts for service and workshop jobs to optimise workflow
Process payments and invoices accurately for all customer transactions
Manage walk-in customers effectively, exceeding their expectations as a Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist
Support the service department with parts and customer requirements
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfactionRequirements of the Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist:
Proven experience in customer service, ideally within the motorcycle or automotive sector
Strong organisational skills with a track record of achieving targets in aftersales
Passionate about motorcycles with a good understanding of brands and products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential if you have a genuine passion for motorcycles
