Salary: £35k Basic | £50k OTE
Are you a results-driven After Sales professional with a background in the motor trade? Our client, a well-established and respected franchised main dealer, is looking for an experienced After Sales Manager to lead their service and parts departments.
š§ About the Role:
As After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty operations. You'll drive performance, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and support the growth of the dealership's profitability.
š Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the service and parts teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets
Manage workshop efficiency, productivity, and loading
Drive customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and implement improvement initiatives
Oversee warranty claims, service plans, and parts performance
Work closely with the General Manager and manufacturer partners to meet franchise standards
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, brand requirements, and health & safety
ā About You:
Proven track record in an After Sales Manager or Senior Service Manager role within a franchised dealership
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of workshop and parts operations
Confident in driving KPIs including labour efficiency, upsell, and customer satisfaction
Familiar with DMS systems such as Kerridge/CDK, Pinewood, or similar
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Manufacturer training and development opportunities
