We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Main Dealer in Northampton for the position of Aftersales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead and develop a busy aftersales department, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Oversee all aspects of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through high standards of service delivery

Manage, motivate, and train a team of aftersales staff to achieve departmental goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reportsRequirements of the Aftersales Manager:
Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth understanding of automotive aftersales operations
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of service delivery
