Arden White Recruitment are working with the Heritage Automotive group to find an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the aftersales operation at its busy Audi dealership in Salisbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong automotive leader to take ownership of a high-performing department within a premium brand environment. You’ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, customer satisfaction, team development, and overall profitability while maintaining exceptional manufacturer standards.
The successful candidate will already have experience managing a franchised dealership aftersales operation and will be confident leading both workshop and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales Department
Lead, motivate, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Controllers
Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department
Ensure excellent customer service and manufacturer compliance
Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
Monitor KPIs, workshop loading, warranty, and departmental performanceRequirements:
Previous Aftersales Manager experience within a franchised dealership is required
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercially minded with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licencePackage & Benefits:
