We're seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead service and warranty operations. You'll manage a team of advisors and technicians, drive workshop performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the aftersales team and oversee daily operations
Handle escalated customer issues and warranty claims
Improve workshop efficiency, productivity and turnaround times
Monitor KPIs (labour hours, WIP, CSI, rework)
Ensure high standards in diagnostics, repairs and quality control
Support systems implementation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with sales and logistics for smooth vehicle handovers
