The Role
Lead the day-to-day running of a busy Aftersales Department
Manage and develop Service and Parts teams
Drive workshop efficiency, productivity and profitability
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Handle customer concerns, warranty claims, repairs and MOT-related queries
Maintain high standards of service delivery and operational performance
Take a hands-on approach when requiredWhat We're Looking For
Previous Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade is a MUST
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Full UK driving licenceWhat's On Offer
Up to £55,000 OTE
