Supportive, professional working environmentDuties of an Aftersales Manager:
Lead and manage a team comprising 16-17 staff members, including the Parts Manager and Assistant Service Manager
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service
Maximise workshop productivity and labour sales
Implement and uphold policies to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the dealership's reputation
Support colleagues through effective leadership and training as needed
Ensure all processes are in line with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Monitor department targets and report on performance metrics
Maintain high levels of team motivation and operational consistencyRequirements of an Aftersales Manager:
Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium to large franchise-approved car dealership
Strong leadership and team management skills
Clear understanding of workshop operations and customer service standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT literacy, with proficiency in dealership management software
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Residing within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol
