Vibe Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's brand-new automotive dealership in Boston!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious automotive professional to build an aftersales operation from the ground up, lead the Service & Parts departments and make a real impact from day one.
THE ROLE - AFTERSALES MANAGER
You'll take ownership of the complete aftersales operation, including:
Leading, coaching and developing Service & Parts teams
Managing workshop loading, WIP, efficiency and parts
Driving customer satisfaction and retention
Maximising sales and departmental profitability
Managing budgets and performance against targets
Recruiting and developing a high-performing team
Identifying new business and upselling opportunities
Maintaining high standards and compliance
Building strong relationships across the dealershipWE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager / Parts Manager
Strong automotive dealership experience
Proven leadership and people-management skills
Target-driven with a commercial mindset
Passionate about customer service
Hands-on, proactive and ambitious
Full UK driving licence
£60,000 OTE+
