Managing daily workshop performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments
Developing staff through training, motivation, and performance management
Controlling department budgets and ensuring commercial targets are met
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
Maintaining effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliersRequirements for the role:
Proven experience as an Aftersales / Aftersales Manager within a dealership environment
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs effectively
Full UK driving licence
