Adult Social Care & Debt Recovery Lawyer

We are working with a respected Local Authority seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on Adult Social Care law and Debt Recovery, while also supporting related areas such as Housing law.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a varied caseload with emphasis on Adult Social Care and Debt Recovery matters.

* Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders.

* Handle complex cases efficiently and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

* Support the wider legal team on related areas, including Housing law where required.

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Adult Social Care law.

* Proven track record in Debt Recovery within a public sector setting.

* Previous Local Authority experience is highly desirable.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience covering Housing law would be an advantage.
