Our client based in Bedford are currently looking for an administrator/customer service candidate on a temporary to permanent basis working in a small team so very varied. The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The role involves:-
* Dealing with clients on the phone and via email
* Co-ordinating couriers for delivery of the product
* Resolving queries and estimated delivery times
* Some export to Europe
* General administration duties
* Helping out in the warehouse as and when required
