We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Accounts, Payroll & Storage Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and responsible position combining finance, payroll, credit control, and warehouse coordination.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, managing their own workload, and supporting both management and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts, Payroll & Finance

Processing payroll accurately and on time using Sage Payroll
*
Managing accounts using Sage 50 (essential)
*
Credit control and chasing outstanding debts
*
Raising and processing invoices
*
Generating financial reports for management
*
Assisting with finance and budgeting
*
Maintaining accurate financial records
Storage & Stock Control
*
Generating stock lists for customers
*
Organising collections and deliveries
*
Creating pick sheets for warehouse staff
*
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
*
Updating customers regarding stock and delivery schedules
*
Maintaining accurate stock records
Requirements
*
Must have experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll (essential)
*
Previous experience in accounts, payroll and credit control
*
Experience in stock control or warehouse administration preferred
*
Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
