Key Responsibilities
Support account management and deliver day‑to‑day client service
Translate client needs into clear briefs, plans and store activity
Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

Experience in account support, operations or client service
Strong organisation and planning skills
Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability
