The role:
This job is based in various locations across the UK; however, using our bespoke “Recruit and Relocate”, Workforce will help you move area if you don’t live locally.
Role Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of food production and service.

Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen

Create and develop innovative menu items that meet customer preference

Adhering to dietary restrictions & allergies

Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and plating presentation

Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:

Strong culinary skills with a focus on taste, presentation, and creativity

Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
