The role
You will work closely with learners in their place of employment, supporting apprentices often within well‑known organisations across the sector by coaching them in the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to successfully achieve their Health and Social Care apprenticeship standards.
What you will bring
Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care qualification (e.g. LMC or RMA in Care) or above
Extensive and relevant vocational experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager within adult Health & Social Care settings
Ability to manage workload within high‑demand environments, working to deadlines and targets
Strong communication, organisational, and self‑motivation skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
Desirable experience
Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification
Level 5 Care, Leadership and Management qualification
Experience working within a work‑based learning (WBL) or education environment
