Our client, a high end retailer, is currently recruiting for an Inbound Online Customer Service Advisor to join their award winning Online Customer Service team.

You will be dealing with all inbound enquires from customers from their online website. These enquires will be via telephone, email and their online webchat function.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering customer service for a product based company. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls. providing expert advice on products, up-selling and cross selling. You'll be responsible for processing orders over the phone and orders via the website, following up with enquiries and online orders.
Ideally you'll have inbound call centre/customer service experience where you've spoken with customers about company products and supported them over the phone and digitally via a web chat. Upselling experience would be a huge advantage.
The hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am-4pm and Saturday 9am-5pm AND Sunday 9am-5pm (you will work 5 in 7 days, so if you work a weekend you'll get a day off in the week, be prepared to work every other weekend although, it will probably be less)
