Our collaboration extends to numerous schools in Nottingham, and we've observed that graduates with backgrounds in drama/performing arts, English, Maths, Science, and Sports Science excel in quickly establishing connections with young learners.

This opportunity provides a platform for recent graduates to leverage their academic background while earning a competitive weekly salary. You'll have the chance to work in an environment that aligns with your personality, conveniently located in Nottingham.

Compensation: £80-£85 per day, dependent on experience.

Requirements:

A degree, preferably in English, Drama, Sports, Maths, Science, or English. Willingness to undertake teaching assistant duties beyond the scope of your educational background. Availability for a minimum of 3-4 days per week, working between 08:30-16:00 in a school setting.Highly Desirable:

Understanding and experience in supporting/teaching young individuals with mental health issues. Previous experience working with young people in any capacity.Most of our partner schools are local to your residence, and we offer training facilitated by our experienced recruitment consultants along with Ofsted-rated CPD sessions. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:

Provide engaging and empathetic educational support to pupils. Assist teachers in delivering lessons. Demonstrate understanding/knowledge of special needs or a keen interest in assisting vulnerable pupils. Contribute to both learning and emotional well-being within the educational setting.
